Canada-wide shipping is planned for launch. Mississauga pickup by appointment will also be available. Orders will normally be prepared within 1–2 business days after checkout opens.

Unopened, unused and resaleable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used cosmetic products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers pay return shipping unless KIZMA CARE sent the wrong product or the item arrived damaged. Contact KIZMA CARE within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. A replacement or refund may be issued after review. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering or before fulfilment begins, whichever occurs first. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 business days; the customer’s financial institution may require additional processing time. Report a package that appears lost or materially delayed so KIZMA CARE can review the carrier record and available resolution.
