We collect an email address only after consent so we can send launch news and the 10% first-order offer. We also record consent time and version, language, signup source, product interests, subscription status and a limited hashed security record used to reduce abuse. We do not request payment details through the waitlist.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, bot protection and database infrastructure. Zoho ZeptoMail processes subscriber email addresses to deliver immediate signup confirmations. Future promotional launch campaigns will use a separately configured campaign-email service with unsubscribe controls. Service providers may process information outside your province or Canada and may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We do not sell waitlist information or install advertising trackers by default.

We retain an active subscription while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, we retain only the suppression and consent record reasonably needed to honour your preference and demonstrate compliance, normally for no longer than three years, unless law requires a different period. Abuse-prevention hashes are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

Every promotional email must contain an unsubscribe link. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or challenge our handling of it by contacting contact@kizmacare.com. We will verify the request and respond within the period required by applicable law.
